So I’ve decided it’s time to get back on track and get fit and start proper healthy-eating again! it’s been almost a year since i last properly exercised! *shame* i know! Just before i begin, i’m not promoting any eating-disorders or anything like that. My way of getting fit is by way of exercise and eating healthy! (ie. no snacking on JUNK food.. *drools*) So here’s what I’ve decided to do. I’m calling this my “mission” and hopefully will attain a nice fit body in a few weeks to come! (come summer!!) And i’m not here to boast or whatever shizz other people might have done in the past. Pretty much just to motivate others here that have been thinking of losing some excess fat and firming/toning up a bit.
WE CAN DO IT!!! Just think of the end result. Will be so worth it!
I’m taking weekly photos and not posting them up until alot later (until i see SOME sort of result from the hard work!
otherwise people will just think i’m “fishing for compliments” which i’m obvo not!) So you’ve my measurements for now.

I think doing things like this with others is best way to motivate yourself!
